I have now reached the retirement age and took 4 month vacationing in islands of Philippines andSoutheast Asian countries. After 4 months I started my business of Risk Management. Fortunately on the 6th month, I got a 2 year contract for a work that I love most, Non-life insurance underwriting and risk management.
Am back to the Corporate World with aim to travel more around Philippines this year 2012.

Puerto Galera - Jan. 20 - 21, 2012
Boracay - Jan 22 - 25, 2012
Day 1 We travelled by land and boat from Las Pinas to Batangas City and to White Beach, Puerto Galera. We left Alabang, Muntinlupa about 6 AM and arrived at Batangas about 7AM. We left Batangas port by ferry boat about 7:30 AM and docked first at Sabang Beach then docked again at Port Muelle (??). The boat did not pursue going to white beach and instead brought us by their hired shuttle van.
We spent picture taking, swimming, snorkeling and had some dinner and drinks on our first night.
Day 2 We went around early morning and bought some souvenirs. By 12noon we left White Beach and went to the town proper of Puerto Galera. By shuttle that runs every 30 minuters we went to town of Roxas to take our RORO going to Caticlan port. We arrived in Roxas arount 6 PM and we chose RORO at 10 PM to arrive 4AM in Caticlan.
The RORO has no sleeping beds so sleep instead sitting at the dining area. It was very inconvenient. We should have asked for RORO with sleepingbeds. Anyway, at Caticlan terminal, it was air conditioned and we slept for 1 hour at least on the benches.
At around 5:30 AM we left Caticlan and we were at Boracay beach about 6:30 AM for our breakfast.
We stayed about 4 days and 3 nights at Boracay and enjoyed the place a lot.
We explored the island from north to south and east to west.
Day 6, we went home by plane from Kalibo.
My wifey posted so many pictures of our escapades in her facebook and tagged me, yehey. No sweat.
